A superbly preserved `69 Fiat Dino 2000 Spider. Supplied to the Italian market on the 11th March 1969\. The documentation that comes with this this car is very complete; one can trace the whole history of its five owners without a problem. The third owner kept the car for more than 28 years and the fourth for more than 14 years. Many invoices and the original Italian registration document have been achieved. This car has even managed to keep the original removable Frotté seat covers, quite exceptional in our experience as these covers usually tend to get damaged or lost over the years! We can un-hesitantly state that this car is in an incredibly pristine condition. The arrow-straight bodywork is really good with body panels fitting correctly. The brightwork is splendid. The underbody was dry ice spray-treated in 2016, leaving it perfect and 100% uncorroded. Again this process has been well documented. Mechanically flawless thanks to meticulous maintenance program carried out over the years. Late 2013 saw the engine fully overhauled and rebuilt by a well-known Dutch specialist restorer, costing over €13,000\. The Ferrari Dino V6 runs smoothly and handles with ease. Following the overhaul, new carpets and a new Sonneland soft-top were fitted. The car even has her original hard-top. Only 1,163 2.0 Spiders were ever made, making this a truly rare Italian Spider with Ferrari technology, in outstanding condition with matching provenance!
