This stunning 3.0 Carrera RS is based on a matching numbers 1980 SC. Much of the conversion work was carried out by Fenn Lane Motorsport in 2011/12, and included steel wheel arches, lightweight front and rear bumpers, ducktail and lightweight RS interior with full aluminium roll cage. The condition of the original car was such that only mild restoration was required as part of this process. At the same time a sunroof out panel was fitted and the entire body was stripped and repainted in the original colour of Grand Prix white.

The 3,000cc engine is estimated to produce 220-230 bhp and has a 9 bolt crank and an RS lightweight flywheel. Fitted with Zenith carburettors with 34mm venturis on magnesium manifolds and running MSD ignition. Sport exhaust manifold with RS style silencer. Original/rebuilt 915 gearbox with Helix competition clutch.

The comprehensive spec also includes: works style front and rear guards, lowered suspension with Bilstein Club Sport dampers and Acetal bushes, ventilated discs with reconditioned calipers, braided hoses, 17" Fuchs replica wheels with Hankook V12 Evo tyres and a spare set of 15" rims.
