This extremely rare fossil damselfly comes from the famous Santana (Crato) Formation near Ceara, Brazil. It dates back to the Lower Cretaceous Period - 110 million years ago. The preservation is excellent and there is absolutely no restoration.

Matrix measures 4 x 4 x 0.2 inches / 10 cm x 10 cm x 0.5 cm. Specimen measures 7/8 inches long / 2.2 cm.
