A Louis Vuitton Hatbox that features leather trim, wooden slats and brass hardware, including side handles. It also features early tapestry canvas with weaved monogram. Circa 1910's, the Hatbox is in a clean, vintage condition. The spacious interior features the original lining and a removable ribbon frame, the inner panel of the lid is quilted with thin white ribbons and stamped with the Hatbox's number: 127985\. Original owner's initials "N.P" are painted on the exterior canvas.
