A wonderful small rectangular brooch in typical Arts & Crafts style. Featuring a central oval opal, surrounded by pierced gold. Each corner mounted with a round-cut ruby of good red colour, each in a round setting embellished with green enamel. Good condition for age and a great example of Arts & Crafts jewellery.
