Set throughout with early rose cut diamonds, each earring features five substantial pink spinel set in closed back yellow gold settings. Set with a total of ninety early rose cut diamonds and ten pink spinel, these exceptional earrings measure 2 3/4 inches in length by 7/8 inches in width at the widest point. Most likely of English origin these earrings date to the mid 18th century and feature bodies of silver with the spinels being set into yellow gold as is typical of the period. The earrings dangle freely and are articulated throughout allowing to move with the wearers movements.
