A beautiful and truly one of a kind art deco period diamond engagement ring in luxurious platinum. Centered by a 1.05 carat ultra high quality old European cut diamond, this ring features twenty eight accenting european cut diamonds in one of the most beautiful hand crafted platinum mountings we've ever seen. Secured by a mille grained platinum bezel, the center is a gorgeous perfectly proportioned and perfectly cut old European cut diamond. Weighing in at 1.05 carats, the center diamond grades as stunning VS1 clarity, and top white F/G colorless color. Framing the center diamond, four diamonds are set north, and four diamonds are set south of the center cascading over the edge of the mounting. On the east and west sides, a total of twenty pave set old European cut diamonds are set on all sides for a total of twenty eight accenting diamonds. All of gorgeous VS clarity and top white F/G colorless color, the accenting diamonds are all pave set. A hand crafted masterpiece, the mounting features filigree work, hand carving, hand engraving, and a fantastic scalloped leaf like diamond set design on the north and south sides. In absolutely immaculate condition, the mounting does not even appear to have ever been resized in it's nearly century long life.
