A hand crafted masterpiece, this stunning original art deco period diamond filigree ring features diamond set ribbons crafted of platinum wires complemented by gorgeous hand engraving. Of the finest quality, the filigree work is all done using petite platinum wires for an incredible and delicate yet very durable product. Originally done using powered solder to allow for ultra fine work to be done, this method of making rings is a lost art and can only be found in ultra high quality vintage pieces such as this nearly century old ring. Grading as gorgeous VS1 clarity and ultra white F/G colorless color, the 1.05 carat center diamond is a superbly proportioned round old European cut diamond. Surrounding the center diamond, a total of ten sparkling old European cut diamonds weighing a combined 0.30 carats provide a glimmering backdrop for the high quality center diamond. Grading as VS clarity and top white F/G color, the accenting diamonds match the center diamond perfectly. Currently a size 8 US, we are happy to offer expert resizing free of charge for this ring.
