The Circle W Ranch is located in the magnificent John Day River country of north central Oregon outside of the small ranching and river community of Spray. Accessible year round via State Highway 19, the ranch is situated approximately 90 miles east of Prineville, Oregon, which offers retail and commercial services and includes a general aviation airport that accommodates private jet traffic. The upscale communities of Bend and Redmond are located 20 miles west of Prineville and are home to a commercial airport that services much of central Oregon.

Access to the ranch is via Parish Creek Road, an all-season county road that connects with Spray and State Highway 19.
