This opera length antique chain is from circa 1910. In excellent condition, the chain is set at regular intervals with a round-cut amethyst of differing sizes from 8mm to 15mm in diameter. Each amethyst is well matched with a deep attractive purple colour. Because of the opera length, this necklace can be worn as a single strand, or doubled up. Wrapped around several times can create a dramatic necklace. A stunning, high quality antique piece.
