The origins of the property date back to 1627, and the grounds extend over approximately 54 hectares within the total estate of over 63 hectares. St Emilion is a short drive from the vineyard (12 minutes) whilst the city of Bordeaux is roughly 45 minutes away by car. Located nearby is a golf course which was completed at the end of 2013. The chateau itself is in excellent condition and contains five reception rooms, and five bedrooms (four with ensuite bathrooms). Other structures include a caretaker’s cottage, estate manager's cottage, as well as outbuildings for wine-making and storage. The main building provides approximately 500 square metres of world-class living space.
