The house, with spectacular panoramic views of Monte Soratte and the Tevere river, consists in a main original Casale building, created from an original characteristic country home, with original outdoor stairway (1840), all completely refurbished with a traditional Italian kitchen with open fireplace with hand painted Italian styles; dining room connected to the kitchen with a table for 12, on to the cloakroom, and small bathroom and a large living room with open fireplace. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite with an open fireplace).

There are two other annexes used as guest suites, created from former stable and livestock buildings; comprising a double bedroom, electric cooker, fridge and bathroom with a shower. There is general, centralized heating/cooling for all buildings and running hot water and two wells for irrigation.

The property sits in 2 hectares which is fully cultivated with a huge section of olive trees (around 120) for olive oil production and a section of white and red grape vineyard for wine production and plenty of different varieties of fruit trees and a large vegetable garden.

Around Stimigliano, there are some beautiful characteristic villages like Farfa (famous for its Abbey), Magliano Sabina (very famous restaurant "La Pergola"), Vescovio and Sant'Oreste on the peak of Monte Soratte. During the year there are some famous Fairs as "Sagra della Pasta" and "Sagra of olive oil" (the olive oil from Sabina is one of the best Italian in terms of its quality).

Just outside Stimigliano village there is a very good restaurant/pizzeria with a very large shady garden seating many tables. The village of Stimigliano has an old "Palazzo" dated from 15th century owned by Orsini family and it makes this village very special. A large supermarket is just 10 minutes driving from the property.
