Layout

Ground floor: Living room with an impressive former ceramic stove, kitchenette, bedroom and music room, specially designed to provide acoustics to satisfy musicians' needs.

First floor: Main entrance to the building via the terrace, large fully fitted kitchen with earthenware tile floor recovered from a former church.

Attic (divided into two half levels): Large office area with complete modern connectivity, and a very large bedroom with an alcove sleeping area, providing intimacy for all.

This building provides 600 m2 of very stylish and elegant living and a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding mountains.

The house is fitted with a wall heating system, based on a principle used by the Romans. Narrow pipes embedded in the plaster provide constant moderate and healthy heat. The energy is generated by large solar panels and wood-fired heating.

Internet, telephone and television are supplied via a wireless network and a Bose sound system has been installed on all three floors. This house represents a perfect balance between tradition and modernity.
