20km from Chateauroux, this former estate of Ferdinand de Lesseps is located on a magnificent landscaped park of 20 hectares, and develops over 540 m² of living space recently renovated, with outbuildings and tennis court.

The castle, built by a historical figure of the late nineteenth century, is located on the edge of a small hamlet. At the entrance of a closed park, it overlooks the gardens and a wood crossed by a river. Next to, a former presbytery has been converted into guest's house. Nearby, an old caretaker's house is to be rehabilitated.

The gardens were designed in the late nineteenth century by the owner of the castle. English style, it is crossed by a river full of fish and is divided into many elements: gardens, orchard, forest, poplar, two ponds (including one of 6000 m² with a small island). We can find superb century old specimens of exotic trees: sequoias, cedars, catalpas, sophoras and essences of our regions. The current owners have continued the work of decoration bringing over a hundred new species for decorative foliage. The undergrowth to many walks are a delight for all the senses with varieties of wildlife, birds and flowers change with the seasons.

The castle comprises on the ground floor, in the tower, an entrance hall that serves the main staircase. Three rooms: the billiard room with its beautiful stone fireplace, wooden floors and paneling, the large dining room (65 m²) and the blue living room with its remarkable wooden fireplace. A service staircase and the fitted kitchen. Before the castle, a large terrace overlooking the park which is accessed by a majestic stone staircase.
