The "Residenza Via Ferrari 22" development in Como is placed in the namesake street
in one of the most prestigious and refined area of the city, a stone's throw from the
points of main interest even touristic-commercial even architectonic-cultural.
The project consists in a total faithful reconstruction of the existing building and in the
realization of an adjacent new building and two underground floors of garages, all this
in order to obtain:
- n. 5 residential units in the "Villa" object of reconstruction;
- n. 3 residential units in the residential body of new construction;
- n. 39 garages on two underground levels.
