The villa consists of a living room (TV, WIFI) a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher ...) 2 double bedrooms one with direct access to the pool, 2 shower rooms.

The house offers two staircases for two different parts:

The first part is equipped with a double bedroom with a desk.

The second part has a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with separate toilet and a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the garden.

Outside, you will find a garden with a secured swimming pool, sun loungers, a dining table for 10 people. You can enjoy a beautiful garden furniture and you can have fun with the family around the table tennis table.

The villa is ideally located a 5 minute drive from the beach of Boucan Canot in a quiet residence. Close to shops and restaurants.

The villa is equipped with an electric gate and has an indoor parking space. Parking spaces are available outside the villa.

Entries are organized from Monday to Saturday.

The rental will be validated after receipt of the rental contract (sign on line) and a deposit (25%). The balance will be settled on the day of your arrival, after inventory and delivery of keys.

Housekeeping is included in the price.

The organization of parties is prohibited (indicated in the contract).
