This South Dakota sourced 1969 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Coupé is fantastic. The last owner was a VW fanatic and collector and completely restored this car over a period of 7 years, from 2011 to 2018\. To be precise this was a 'Bare-Metal', full Nut & Bolt restoration. The 1600 engine, pressure plate, gearbox, clutch, the full suspension and every other piece of mechanics were completely overhauled or replaced. We now have a Karmann Ghia in absolute top condition. The complete restoration process has been documented with more than 260 detailed photos. The bodywork is wonderful and very straight with perfect fitted body panels. It has been finished in 'Cherry Red' with a 'Pearl White' hood. It also has brilliant chrome details. The cars interior is absolutely pristine as is the condition under the bonnet and boot. It has 2 Weber carburettors, a Monza exhaust system and retro radio system with hidden Pioneer speakers. Since its exhaustive restoration, it has only travelled 500 miles.
