Rolls Royce Dawn


The Rolls-Royce Dawn is the latest car model of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. The presentation took place at the International Motor Show in September, 2015. The 2016er model is intended to represent the "little" Cabrio of the mark and corresponds technically and stylistically largely the coupe Wraith. The two-door Convertible accommodate four people. Just as the Wraith, the vehicle has a special feature rear-hinged doors. The engine is the same as the charged Wraith and means biturbo V12 engine with 6592 cc capacity is a true powerhouse in the open air. Other differences from the structurally closely related Coupé can be found in the following dimensions: The wheelbase of Dawn is 180 mm shorter, resulting in a total length of 5,285 mm. The track, however 24 mm wider. The classic soft top opens within 22 seconds and can be operated even while driving up to a speed of 31 miles per hour. Another innovation of the Wraith, there will be also in the Dawn: The automatic transmission from ZF accesses GPS data back to select the optimum gear for the road ahead section.
