On the chassis and drivetrain oft he "fintail" saloon a two-door was introduced in 1961. It had no identical panels tot he saloon and was built almost by hand. It was the first production Mercedes with front disc brakes. The in-line-six is fuel injected and produces 120 hp. The car offered was delivered new to Switzerland. It has a automatic gearbox and power steering. The body is unwelded, uncommon for these cars. The older paint is in good condition. Only thr rear bumper is damaged. The whole interior is new with high quality leather upholstery, new original carpets and nice woodwork. All the drivetrain is in fine order. The car will be sold serviced, tested and with new tyres.
