The Lagonda Earls court Chassis was features at the Motor Show in 1950. Following this, it was shipped to Australia where it was displayed in Melbourne showrooms before making its way to Sydney NSW.

In 1953 it was known to be stored at Waterloo as the last documented location of the chassis until 1975. It was found in a container at a storage complex.

Features The twin overhead cam inline six-cylinder motor with alloy cylinder head and twin SU carburettors, 4-speed David Brown gearbox, Cruciform chassis ‘Independent front suspension with coil springs and wish bones, Rear suspension was fully independent with a ‘de Dion’ axle, longitudinal torsion bars and inboard drum brakes.

Undergone an extensive restoration, the featured chrome had been completely re done along with the chassis painted in a ‘Gloss Black’. The ‘Diff’ and ‘universals’ are featured in a red as well as the brake drums in to match. This example showcases its meticulous restoration with the brake and hydraulic lines chromed also.

This highly collectible example was believed to originate from a Lagonda 2 ½ L chassis.
