In 1958 Cees Braakman collaborated with manufacturer Adriaan Dekker to design one of the first seating elements to be produced entirely of steel wire: chair SM05, stool KM05, kitchen stool KM06, bar stool KM07, seat FM06 with armrests and seat FM05 without armrests. The wire design gives a spatial effect, while the seat and cushions make for a comfortable sitting experience.

The back cushion is optional and can be removed.

The SM05 is available in a single size. The cushion is delivered with the chair as standard and can be removed.
