Italy, 1960s

Created for the Italian lighting company founded in the 1950s by Goffredo Reggani, this 1960s table lamp exemplifies their exacting artisanship applied to a modernist sensibility. Curved sheets of stainless steel held in place by brass pins sit on a slab of carved travertine and surround the light source.
