Poul Kjærholm looked to an ancient Egyptian folding stool that dates back to around 1500 B.C. when he designed this refined piece in 1961. Known as the PK91, it stretches a seat of natural, unbleached canvas across an elegant base of satin-brushed stainless steel propeller legs.
