Rare set of two _Bilobo_ glass pendants by Afra & Tobia Scarpa for Flos.

The metal base has two retractable attachment points, which can, almost without contact, be inserted inside the glass shade. The shade itself is semi-opaque made irregular with bits of silica.

The similar designed _Sfera_ pendant is described in the 'Repertoire del Design Italiano 1950-2000' by Giuliana Gramigna on Page 113 (1964).

The height of the lamp is 48 cm / 19 inch and the diameter 22 cm / 9 inch. The colours of the lamp are white and silver.
