The entire teak wood furniture series is produced in Indonesia. This is the only product line of Piet Hein Eek that is not made at the factory in the Netherlands. The teak series and scrapwood teak series are made from new teak wood and reclaimed teak wood. Each piece of furniture from the Scrapwood series has its own unique colour scheme. The teak wood is untreated and therefore vulnerable to discolouration.
