This collectible miniature painstakingly replicates Marc Newson's widely acclaimed Lockheed Lounge Chair. The fluid shape was sculpted out of foam, then pieced together with small sheets of aluminum that the designer hammered into shape with a wooden mallet. Developed by the Vitra Design Museum in Germany, the chair is crafted in its original materials and packed in its own wooden shipping crate with a descriptive brochure. Reproduced here at a scale of 1:6.
