Piet Hein Eek’s Glossy armchair is upholstered in aniline leather. This type of leather is the most natural leather upholstery available for chairs. The leather feels soft and supple and the natural scarring and colour shadings (natural skin pigments) are clearly visible. The natural leather is sensitive to discoloration in natural light.
