In designing the crisis table, Piet Hein Eek set himself the challenge of using cheap material to produce a good design. The material used for the crisis table is underlayment. It is available in an unvarnished version as well as in four colours:
grey RAL 7038, white RAL 9001, red RAL 3016 and brown-black Sikkens F6.03.20. The crisis table is only available in standard sizes.
