Mezzadro, created in 1957 by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni and edited by Zanotta, is an icon of design. By its shape, very soft stool seems to defy the laws of gravity. The leg of the stool is made of chromed steel dish with steamed beech basic natural color. The seat is a red painted tractor seat. Today, the Mezzadro stool is part of many museum collections worldwide.
