This Rosewood Butterfly Stool model presents a combination of two techniques that are bending the plywood against (technique designed by Charles and Ray Eames) with oriental forms. Designed by Sori Yanagi in the year 1954 this stool is its originality in the curved shape of the two seat shells. They clearly evoke the wings of a butterfly, very poetic and timeless way.
