DESCRIPTION

B A O is inspired by the shapes of a Baobab plant: a monolithic, with organic and irregular shapes that give it an always different and original appearance. The twist of the trunk and branches generates multifaceted surfaces. Their volumes are “sculpted” by the surrounding light. The glass table top has the unconventional shape of an irregular hexagon, which helps to give a dynamic appearance to the entire table. From the point of view of fruition, this also allows for greater conviviality, creating a more direct relationship between the diners.

Designed by Marco Poli e Laura Longhi BAO table has important proportions for a unique table, by the sculptural design. A proposal that reinterprets the tradition with a truly original approach.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The table is handmade using rare and precious solid oak waxed wood for the frame and hexagonal extraclear glass for the top.
