The fabric is relatively recent and in good clean order. There are marks on the fabric which appear to be from spillages - these appear at the front sides/corners and on the front lower panel. They are not evident in some light, and indeed many purchasers may opt to ignore them and enjoy the sofa as is. Do please see the images for full details.
