Piet Hein Eek has designed cabinets using a single sheet of aluminium or weathering steel (Corten steel) to the absolute max. 99.13% of the sheet is used in the three-metre version, and 97.5% in the one-metre version.
We were intrigued by this and asked Piet Hein whether these cabinets could be joined together to create larger units. Not only can this be very useful, but it also creates an even better price/quality ratio. You can assemble these units yourself if you like, but we can also do it for you.
