18th Century George III green painted salon armchair attributed to Thomas Chippendale, covered with later damask fabric, the moulded scroll armrests above a serpentine seat and fluted frieze, on turned tapering fluted legs, the seat rails with distinctive slots that Chippendale used for cramps and holes where battons were screwed during transit.
