The Yamazakura is a ji-whisky made by Sasanokawa Shuzo Co. It is an unblended whisky, aged over 20 years. It was first matured in barrels for 15 years, followed by tanks, and finally, it was returned to barrels to complete the pr cess. One of the better Ji-whiskies.
