The Remy Couillebaud Vieille Réserve Cognac is, as with all of the house's cognacs, created solely from euax-de-vie from the Fins Bois terroir of the region. This delightful old cognac is a beautiful deep color, thanks to the aging process, with wonderful woody tones and aromas of dried fruits. The rancio is, naturally, well defined.

The house of Remy Couillebaud prides itself in the traditional methods of creating their cognacs. With the indepth knowhow having been handed down over six generations, this is an artisan house of the highest degree. The family have been creating eaux-de-vie from the grape to the bottle since the mid 1800s - and their methods today remain almost identical to that of their forefathers.
