The Normandin Mercier Grande Champagne Rare Cognac is, exactly as its name suggests, created solely from eaux-de-vie from the premier cru of the Cognac region. Of hors d'age quality, this is of a slightly higher proof than usual, and comes in a 500ml decanter and presentation box.

As one would expect from such a well-aged cognac, the colour is dark and it boasts the wonderful notes of rancio that only old cognacs have. This is certainly one to enjoy on special occasions with the closest of family and friends.
