Karuizawa distillery was opened in 1955 in Miyota, Japan, rather near the active volcano Mount Asama. This bottle is from the now legendary Karuizawa distillery closed for many years. Karuizawa Cask Strength 1999-2000 Vintage 2nd Release has an exceptional View of Mount Fuji on its label. No doubt on the quality of this bottle like the other Karuizawa’s.
