Chichibu distillery is a small distillery with only nine full-time employees, it is owned by Venture whisky which was founded in 2004 in Chichibu city, Saitama just outside of Tokyo, hence its name. This set comes with Ichiro's malt mizunara heads 2011 and Ichiros malt America white oak 2013.
Ichiro's malt mizunara heads 2011 was distilled in 2011 and matured in Mizunara wood.
Ichiros malt America white oak 2013 was distilled in 2013 and matured in a single American White Oak cask #2688.
A perfect set for all fans of Ichiro's.
