Chichibu distillery is a small distillery with only nine full-time employees. The distillery is owned by Venture whisky, which was founded in 2004 in Chichibu city, Saitama, just outside of Tokyo (hence its name).

This particular offering form Ichiro's Range was exclusively released for Modern Malt Whisky Market. Distilled in 2010 and aged until being bottled in 2015\\. Only 313 bottles ever released with 59.2% abv. As with everything else from the Chichibu distillery, it is highly recommended.
