The Chichibu distillery is the youngest of all Japanese distilleries, being founded in 2004\\. It is, however, the most charming distillery, having just nine full time employees, all dedicated to their craft. Here, we present the Chichibu Golden Horse 8 years - a light and silky drink with sweet oak coming through on the mid palate, and finishing with a dry light smoke.
