Chichibu distillery was opened by Ichiro Akuto in 2008 and already has a reputation for releasing delicious young whiskies.Chibidaru is Akuto-sans original quarter-cask type. The 2013 vintage Chichibu was aged in Chibidaru casks. It was distilled in 2009 and was bottled in 2013\\. The whisky is as good as you would expect from Ichiro.
