This rum is distilled in Marie-Galante or specifically known as the "Distillerie Bellevue". Beautiful Sight is what Bellevue means. It is a small island and a part of Guadeloupe, rum from this island is not as well known compared to the rum from Martinique. Distilleries in Guadeloupe is the opposite of Martinique which is the typical small family-owned distilleries.
