The desk-frame is made of only tortoiseshell with no ornament which emphasis the quality of the tortoiseshell itself. Lined with beige suede. Backed with red leather and canvas on the inside of the stand. Mounted with two brass inches at the top of the back and 2 swiveling brass holder to keep the back panel in place.
