Paul Beckrich’s will was to create a
feminine character, a Oriental woman with
a determined temperament, combining
grace, beauty and intelligence. Hence, he
created the most illustrious Empress of the
Tang Dynasty, Wu Zetian.
Wu Zetian, is also known as Wu Zhao. In
this title, Zhao, means light of the sun and
the moon illuminating the entire Earth. The
transparency and brightness of pate de
cristal brings Zhao back to life.
