Beautiful wood block print by Toyohara Chikanobu, also named Yōshū Chikanobu. This is a special type of Ukiyo-e called Bijinga, depicts four Bijin that means "beautiful woman," characterized by their round face, clear skin and high-pitched voice. A real piece of Japanese tradition.
