This pair of 1900's French Louis XVI-style bergeres features a wood frame ebonized in a deep black color with a polished finish. The carved frames have a braided band along the top edge and acanthus leaves on the front of the arms. The turned legs have fluted details and blunt arrow feet with rosettes at the top corner. The bergeres have recently been professionally upholstered in a black and white striped fabric with double piping trim details on the seat, arms, and back of the bergeres. The comfortable seats feature a removable single cushion in the same fabric with single piping trim details. This pair of chairs is sturdy, stylish, and ready to be used in any home or office for years to come.
