Academic sculpture made in the early decades of the twentieth century. It was bought in a shop in Carrara by my grandfather, in the 1950s circa. This academic artefact is a beautiful reproduction of the famous Venus. Good dimensions. Probably it was left outdoors for many years, given its patina and a restoration on the neck (not recent). However, the head was put back in its place in a professional way and there is no risk of detachment.Size: height 70 cm approx.Weight: 22 kg.
