Tìhis peculiar reflief depicts the wild boar, a mythical animal of immense strength, subjugated by the cunning of man who, with trained dogs, stuns the large animal from its den in the woods. A very charming and highly decorative relief, which will make a fine show in any hall it is displayed. Still well maintained with its original patina, it shows some small abrasion and a slight crack, between the back of the large animal and the tree.
