Louis Philippe mirror, with wooden frame carved and gilded in gold leaf, on an Armenian bolus base. At the lower corners of the moulded frame there are small supporting feet while along with scroll decorations ending with acanthus leaves, which face upwards. In the upper part, the frame is polilobed and decorated with large volutes of acanthus leaves and flowers, which start from the corners and end with a large central shell, enclosed within a medallion.
